It may have rained on their wedding day, but not for a single moment did they let that dampen the day.

Wrapped up in each other, they wandered through the forest and along the beach, embracing the chill, the mist, and the adventure—proof that love like theirs shines brightest no matter the weather.

K began her morning surrounded by the women who mean the most to her, getting ready in the best way possible: with laughter, love, and familiar hands doing hair and makeup. There was such a beautiful sense of calm and joy as the day unfolded. Soon after, they stood together and said “I do,” surrounded by their closest friends and family, all there to witness the beginning of their next chapter.

The celebration continued with dancing on the beach and a hike through the forest, turning their wedding day into an unforgettable experience full of movement, connection, and pure happiness.

After an incredible dinner and some of the funniest, most heartfelt speeches I’ve ever heard, K’s dad shared the most meaningful gift. He had a stopwatch engraved just for them and stopped it at the exact moment they said “I do,” preserving that single second forever. I cried—how could you not? Such a simple, thoughtful way to capture a moment that changed everything.

I cannot wait for my 2026 brides—this is YOUR year, and it’s going to be so special.

A & R wanted to remember what it feels like to be young and free — the kind of love that exists before life gets too busy, when everything feels golden and endless. He fell in love with her ocean-blue eyes and she loves his wild 70’s-style hair, always a little messy from the salt and wind.

They surf together in Tofino — their boards handmade by R, shaped from patience and passion. Hers has fins inlaid with abalone, shimmering like little pieces of the sea.

Watching them paddle out side by side felt like watching my favourite movie- a dream session I’ve wanted to capture since starting my career. I didn’t want to end — two souls completely in sync, chasing waves and laughing endlessly.

There’s something so special about young love — it’s unfiltered, effortless, full of hope. And there’s something about Tofino that brings it all to life. The salt air, the wild coastline, the feeling that time slows down just long enough to make a memory.

This session is one I’ll always remember — pure, joyful, real. I love Tofino with my whole heart, and I can’t wait to go back. 🌊

A bright sunny august afternoon with this cute family! ☀️

D & K wedding on the lake 🛶

It was a hot one but it didn’t slow anyone down! While girls got ready in the maid of honours place the boys tied their bow ties at a cabin on the lake.
They gathered at the picnic site with their loved ones and said their vows overlooking the lake. They had all 3 of their fur babies walk down the aisle ahead of the bride and her brother.
After the ceremony D & K went to a private beach for their photos. A beautiful sunny summer day for their wedding. ☀️
The most DELICIOUS catered dinner awaited everyone when they got back full of fresh salads, corn on the cob and brisket.
They had their first dance as the sun set, partied hard and then rode off on their sea- do to end the night 🌅

Congrats to these 2 and their beautiful day. I’m so honoured to have captured it 📸

Love at The Watering Can 🪴

I & A at one of her favourite places to spend her time. Surrounded by blooms and almost every plant you can imagine!

The watering can is one of the best gems in southern Ontario! The ever changing greenhouse is full of plants from lavender to cacti 🌵. Inside you’ll find everything from fresh cut flowers to lush palms. They have a wooden airplane, an old beetle car, retro VW van and vintages couches that give off such a vibe! An old canoe and piano covered with growing succulents and plants that bring new life. The cafe inside serves the most delicious snacks, high tea and desserts. Every corner holds something unique. It’s ever changing, expanding, growing.
This place is so beautiful and they have the longest lasting fresh cut flowers! 💐

S & N went up into the mountains to celebrate their 5 year anniversary. They went berry picking 🫐 , river exploring and went down memory lane.

They danced, bird watched, frog catched and searched the mountains for wildlife. From mountain tops to river beds it was so fun celebrating 5 years with them!!

Ps. We survived black flies and a ton of baby frogs during this shoot! Although I think the baby 🐸 were S favourite part !!
